That’s why we decided to do things differently. At Affinity Living, there’s no need for a deposit – meaning you have more money to spend on more important things (like decorating your new home!).
We only ask for a small reservation fee to secure your new apartment and cover credit checks and referencing costs. And when you move in, we’ll deduct this money from your first month’s rent. It’s that simple.
