We are pleased to confirm that Affinity Living Riverside is still open for in-person viewings with increased safety measures, as well as virtual tours. Following government guidance, you can still move home during a national lockdown and we will ensure you can do this as safely as possible, every step of the way.

Viewings by Appointment Only

All viewings need to be booked in advance. When entering the building, you’ll be asked to check-in to Track & Trace before your viewing. You must also wear a mask throughout the building and must give us advance notice if medically exempt from wearing a mask.

2 metres distance at all times

We’ve added easy floor markers to help you safely keep your distance in our amenity areas. Our apartments are big enough for you to easily keep your distance from our letting agent, but you’re welcome to explore the apartments individually if you prefer.

Hand sanitizer & extra cleaning

We’ve added hand sanitizer around the building to help you stay safe, and have increased our cleaning frequency within all communal areas and showroom apartments.

Only 1 household per viewing 

We are limiting viewings to just one household at a time. If you’re planning to move in with someone new, we can happily book you multiple viewings as close to each other as safely possible.
