We’re proud to have been able to bring our community together over lockdown with events from gin tasting to axe throwing, and little pick-me-ups from bouquets to brownies. But we are absolutely thrilled to be hosting even more now restrictions have relaxed! Kicking off an exciting line-up of events was our Riverside Summer Party…

For the first time this year, we were able to bring the whole Affinity Living community together for a proper celebration – even our four-legged residents were there to join the fun! We loved seeing all of our Riverside residents getting to know each other on the riverfront terrace and enjoying an evening of delicious food, incredible cocktails, and great live music. This is what life at Affinity Living is all about!
We treated our residents to some amazing cocktails from InGoodCo, expertly served from a quirky vintage van on the riverfront. The sun was shining (amazingly for Manchester), and we even broke out the deck chairs so residents could really relax in style.
Keeping up with the summer vibes, residents enjoyed their fill of wood-fired pizzas, flame-roasted hot dogs, and spiced corn “ribs” from Smith Street Kitchens, along with an unlimited supply of freshly made doughnuts and candyfloss.
As the sun started to go down, we ended the evening indoors with live music for those who wanted to hit the dancefloor, and outdoors with delicious drinks to sip in the sunset for those who wanted to wind down.
